For Captained charters:

VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION

 (cancelled by the customer, not the Captain - see *Bad Weather ),

Full refund is granted if cancellation request is confirmed more than 48 hour advance of the charter time by text for groups of 6 or less on standard charter days, during non-holiday weeks. For holiday weeks (3 days before, during, and 3 days after national holidays) or any charter where there is a group of 7 or more, customer must request to cancel 72 hours, minimum, prior to departure time - 305-900-7350.

Customer must notify us by text and, if no immediate reply, a phone call (to be sure we get the notice in time).

BAD WEATHER*

The Captain, not the customer, determines weather conditions on the date of the charter, with full refund if Aquablue cancels due to severe weather. Please understand the reason for our cancellation policy, as follows. Within 48 or 72 hours prior to your charter, we will not likely re-book the date you had chosen, boat preparations will already have been made. We must avoid lost wages and added expenses already incurred for the answering service/dock staff/captain/mate.
